Our lead times are dependent on stock availability. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to South Africa. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
Should we be faced with such an occurrence Halo Heritage (Pty) Ltd will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Price and availability are subject to change without notice. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to make changes to the products and prices listed on the Site, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.
While we do our best to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate, some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Shipping and Returns

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.


Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders placed within South Africa over R750.
Orders under R750 are charged a standard R120 delivery fee.
Shipping costs are clearly shown at the checkout.
Special delivery request for overnight deliveries will be charges a R160 delivery fee.
Shipping includes the following countries: Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Swaziland and Lesotho

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered.
Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Re-shipment costs are on the customer’s account for all charges.

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
We aim to deliver within the time indicated but we cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order or at the Confirmation of Order. We always aim to deliver within 3-5 working days (Standard South African delivery, and depending on the payment method used).
Delivery to Western Cape +- 2 Working Days
Delivery to Gauteng +- 3-5 Working Days
Delivery to KwaZulu-Natal +- 3-5 Working Days
Delivery to rest of South Africa and outline areas +- 3-5 Working Days
Orders are not dispatched on weekends. Orders placed and confirmed after 12pm will dispatch on the following working day. Delivery fees and cash handling fees are non-refundable.
We shall aim to let you know if We expect that We are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
On delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it.

Refunds / Returns Policy

We are committed to complete Halo Heritage customer satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the products purchased from the website, you may return the products to us providing:

  • The product is undamaged
  • product packaging has NOT been opened and is in its original packaging (including cellophane wrap, tamper proof seals and lids),
  • product is in an unused/unworn condition
  • product is re-saleable.
  • Empty or half empty products will NOT be replaced.
  • Products older than 1 month will NOT be replaced
  • Items will only be refunded once they are received back to us in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.
  • Items must be returned back to our warehouse within 7 working days after receipt of order.
  • The postage will not be refunded and you are responsible for any returns postage cost.
  • The returned item's tracking number must be provided to Halo Heritage (Pty) Ltd at orders@haloheritage.com
  • If you wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the Products strictly in accordance with the care instructions provided for each product.
  • For reasons of hygiene, bonnets may not be refunded or exchanged, unless they are defective.
  • Items purchased on sale or discount may not be returned.


During COVID-19, NO products can be returned to Halo Heritage, unless the product is received damaged by the customer.

At Halo Heritage we rigorously ensure that all Covid-19 safety & sanitation protocols are strictly enforced to make sure our customers have peace of mind when receiving our Halo Heritage products.

How to Submit a Return?

Please advise us in writing via email of your return to orders@haloheritage.com.
Halo Heritage will forward a returns form for you to complete.
Return the form to us via email with your proof of invoice.
Product warranty void if item is damaged by customer.
Empty or half empty products will NOT be replaced.
